Para Table Tennis
Queensland Para Training Hub
Table tennis is one of the most inclusive and accessible sports, welcoming players of all ages and abilities, including as an Olympic and Paralympic sport. With para table tennis being the third-largest Paralympic sport, Table Tennis Queensland is committed to supporting participation through the TTQ Para Table Tennis Hub - a central resource for programs, inclusive clubs, membership, classification, and high-performance pathways across Queensland.
The Queensland Para Training Hub is located at Star Table Tennis Club in Brisbane with Mateo Dvorani appointed as the Para Hub Coach. With over 7 years of coaching experience in state and national programs, and international exposure at Para Opens in Taiwan, Italy, and Spain, Mateo brings both playing and coaching excellence. As a former National Champion and Australia’s #1 in U15 and U18, he now aims to drive success and growth in para table tennis through the new hub.
For more details, please contact AIS QLD Para Coach Mateo Dvorani, or TTA’s National Athlete & Coach Development Manager, Alois Rosario.
