Between April 2 and 9, more than 200 QLD players brought their best table tennis to the 2026 Queensland Senior & Junior Closed Championships in Moreton Bay. 

Over the 8 days we saw a wealth of intense matches, reaffriming the talent of our QLD players and the level of competition that we are priveliged to have in our state.

TTQ would like to thank all of the players who brought a fantastic energy across the week, as well as the dedication of the many families who were also in attendance supporting their players.

A special thanks to the incredible officials who allow us to continue producing state tournaments to a high level. Thanks to referees Lukas Kozack and Jason Hockings, and deputy referees Andrew Martin, Brett Halocha, David Bernard, Peter Waddell, Karen Bernard-Mills, and Janice Kent.
