Dear Members and Clubs,

TTQ wish to advise that after 3 years, Damon Selwyn advised the board he was resigning from his role as Executive Officer effective 18 March to pursure another opportunity. 

We wish to thank Damon for his contribution to table tennis in Queensland, in particular being instrumental in developing the partnership opportunity with the Moreton Bay City Council which has created an amazing opportunity to deliver State and National events in a modern and professional facility. 

On behalf of the table tennis community, we wish Damon well in his next venture and sincerely thank him for his service over the past 3 years. 

Going forward, we are pleased to advise Vivienne Halocha will be stepping into the role of EO on an interim basis for the next 2 months. We appreciate Vivienne accepting the invitation to take up a short-term appointment until 27 May to ensure a seamless transition for TTQ as we approach an important and busy April with our QLD Senior and Junior Closed championships set to hit the tables from 2-9 April at South Pine Indoor Sports Centre, Moreton Bay and our AGM to follow shortly afterwards.
