Para Table Tennis

Table Tennis Queensland welcomes and encourages Para players to get involved in the inclusive sport of Table Tennis. Participation in sport and social interactions plays an important role in our everyday lives, plus it has a positive impact on our physical and mental wellbeing. Players from all physical and intellectual impairment groups can play table tennis and we would like to invite you to become part of the Sport of Table Tennis.

If you would like to get involved in our sport to have fun, meet people, enjoy some physical activity or even if your goal is to develop your skills for the competitive side of the sport, we aim to have a program to suit your individual needs. Table Tennis has many opportunities for our community members to connect with our sport, including beginners, social players, competition players, right through to elite para athletes competing at major championships. We all know the benefits sport can provide to all of us, so we ensure to encompass all abilities, standards, goals and aspirations. We are sure to have something to suit your individual hopes and needs.

Table Tennis is one of the world's most popular sports given the many advantages of playing the game. It is known to improve a person's coordination, reaction times, reflexes and physical fitness for those who play. All of which help to improve one's quality of life.

Our sport encompasses the whole community and can be played at any age and any ability, in a safe and friendly environment.

Table Tennis is a Sport that is Fun, Safe, Inclusive and is a Sport for Life!
